- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images.
2. How to Initiate a Refund:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if eligible.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Stitchora is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
4. Refund Processing:
- Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
- Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchange Policy:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a refund and specify your exchange preference.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
- In case of exchange, the shipping time for your exchanged order will be 5-7 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:

- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect for our records.
